Entrepreneur and insurance leader with 20+ years in financial services, sales, and team development. Founder of Castillo Financial Solutions and the life agents, Luis has a proven record of mentoring agents, scaling, sales operations, and building client focused growth strategies.
Married since 2014 with three children, Luis and his wife Cherie combine business leadership with a people first mission to modernize life insurance distribution and empower agents nationwide.
Cherie Castillo has spent her career serving others. As both a licensed nurse and a licensed life insurance professional, she brings a unique perspective to helping families prepare for life’s uncertainties with confidence and compassion.
Years of caring for patients taught Cherie that life’s biggest challenges often arrive without warning. Those experiences reinforced her belief that protecting a family’s financial future is just as important as protecting their health. Today, she combines her healthcare background with her insurance expertise to educate—not pressure—clients, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions that reflect their unique goals.
Known for her genuine compassion, attentive listening, and unwavering commitment to service, Cherie believes every family deserves an advocate they can trust. Her mission is simple: to help people protect what matters most with honesty, empathy, and personalized guidance.
Together, Luis and Cherie founded The Agents List with a simple but powerful belief: finding the right insurance professional should be based on trust, transparency, and choice—not cold calls or chance encounters.
